Dates and 
treatment

  • Appointments are available on request.  
  • The appointment booking is binding and can be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment. For appointments on Monday, Friday is considered the day of cancellation. Missed appointments are chargeable.
  • The duration of the treatments is individual, but is usually 1-1.5 hours.
  • The treatment rhythm is individual.
  • The therapy requires your active participation. The therapy process can change the way you feel, think and act. The therapy is designed in such a way that respect and safety are guaranteed and your process serves to strengthen your resilience and personality maturation. 
  • The content of the therapy is confidential and subject to confidentiality. 
  • Specialist agencies (doctor, authorities, insurance) can request reports to assess the course and purpose of the therapy. 
  • As a Complementary Therapist, I do not make any diagnoses or administer any medication; instead, findings and recommendations are made. 
  • With the start of therapy, the conditions are binding.

Costs and charges

  • Services are charged per 5 minutes with a tax point  of 11.70, the hourly rate is therefore CHF 140.40.
  • The method-specific treatment can be billed via the supplementary insurance VVG.
  • I am recognized by all Swiss health insurance companies via the registration offices EMR, ASCA, SNE and Visana. The level of compensation varies.
  • For information from the health insurance companies, the method (craniosacral therapy), the place of business (Mischa Kaufmann, Asylstrasse 60, 8708 Männedorf) and the approval number (B761661) apply.
  • It is your responsibility to clarify the insurer's coverage. 
  • The invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the month, including a receipt for your supplementary insurance claim. 
  • The invoice corresponds to the insurance-compliant tariff 590.

  • The services are calculated according to the following tariff numbers:
  • 0999 Coaching: Accompanying structuring work without therapy
  • 1034 Craniosacral therapy: body work, integrative discussion, reflection on the therapy process
  • 1146 Exposure time: Independent rest time during a treatment
  • ​1200 anamnesis / examination / diagnostics / findings: recording of the basic data, medical history and the current findings, concerns, goals and therapy setting.
  • 1250 Missed consultation
  • 1251 Supplement night, Sunday and public holidays
  • 1252 Supplement for extraordinary consultation in acute situations
  • 1253 Formalized report: request by insurer
  • 1254 Unformalized report: Request by patient or healthcare professional
  • 1256 Compensation for home visits
  • 1257 Coordination of treatment with healthcare professionals
