How to treat burnout?

We proceed by stages:
  1. Reduced stress and tension.
  2. Building self-awareness and reference to yourself and your life.
  3. Experience sources of life and anchors centered on the body.
  4. Learning self-compassion and self-care and integrating it into everyday life.
  5. Reflecting on old patterns of behavior and trying out new strategies. Early detection.

The common thread we pursue is to develop COMPASSION towards SELF.  Because successful self-care is only possible through a compassionate relationship with yourself.
